Need urgent help. Our DT300 DTL-6DE-1P has a problem. While there is an external call and dials '0" for our reception's extension number, a voice message says 'Extension is not available, please leave a message after the tone'. In the meantime, the receptionist hears the same message from the handset. Like instead of a ring, she hears 'Extension is not available, please leave a message after the tone' out loud from her handset. When she lifts the phone, she still speak to the caller.
